A Qatar-based online medical platform — offering prescription medication delivery including weight management treatments — needed thorough pre-launch testing across the full user journey, from product discovery through a complex 11-step medical questionnaire to payment and account creation.
Conducted a structured 2-scenario QA test covering Homepage & Product Discovery (SC1) and the full Happy Path Order flow (SC2). Identified and documented 7 critical bugs — including a mandatory blood pressure field validation bypass, a React password input cursor bug blocking account creation, and raw Supabase error codes exposed to end users. Also identified 9 major UX issues and 4 improvement suggestions. All findings were delivered in a formal Excel QA report with test case IDs, severity ratings, steps to reproduce, screenshots references, and actionable recommendations for the dev team.

Built a full MES-connected production monitoring system — including an Inspection Input System with API data transmission for real-time processing, and interactive Power BI dashboards that gave supervisors live visibility into defect rates, output per line, and shift performance. The system processed over 100,000 records daily and became the core operational dashboard used by the production floor.

Fixed all Apps Script bugs, rebuilt the zakat calculation formula from scratch, restructured key sheets for clarity, and added automation for recurring calculations. Delivered with a complete user manual (written documentation + PowerPoint presentation) so the client could use and maintain it confidently without technical support.

How much does a project with you typically cost?
Pricing depends entirely on scope. Most projects fall in a wide range — a simple landing page sits at the lower end, a full Power BI dashboard with data pipeline sits much higher. How long does a typical project take?
A landing page or company profile site typically ships in 5–10 working days. A multi-page WordPress build takes 2–3 weeks. A Power BI dashboard with data pipeline takes 2–4 weeks depending on data complexity. I share a milestone schedule before we start so you can plan around it.
Where are you based and how does timezone work?
I’m based in Indonesia and work fully remote. My core hours are 09:00–18:00 WIB (GMT+7). I respond to WhatsApp messages within 4 working hours and email within 24 hours. I’ve worked successfully with clients in the US, UK, Bali (US-based owner), and Qatar — async-first, with a weekly sync call if needed.
Will you sign an NDA? How do you handle confidential project information?
Yes — I sign NDAs whenever a client asks. Most of my enterprise work (including 6 years on a multinational shoe manufacturer’s production data) is under permanent confidentiality, which is why projects on this site are anonymised. Your data stays your data: I store credentials in a password manager, delete project files on request after handover, and never name clients without explicit permission.
What's your revision policy?
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions on each major deliverable, included in the fixed price. If scope expands beyond what we agreed in the discovery call, I’ll quote the additional work as a clear add-on before doing it — no surprise invoices.
What happens after the project is done?
Every project ships with handover documentation — written guide for simple sites, plus a PowerPoint walkthrough for anything with custom logic. Most of my clients can manage their own content after that. If you want ongoing support, I offer hourly rate for minor edits and consultation, or a monthly retainer (separate scope) covering bug fixes, content updates, and minor feature additions.
